These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, whether they be for our log cabins or Bed and Breakfast :-
A deposit of 50%, of the total accommodation cost, is to be made upon booking online.
The remaining 50% of the accommodation costs is to be paid upon your arrival at Heritage Retreats.
You will normally be given occupancy, of your accommodation, at 16.00 hours on the day of arrival.
You are expected to vacate your accommodation by 11.00 hours on the day of your departure.
Any breakages or damage must be reported to Management and paid for pre your departure.
Pets
We do permit up to two, well behaved, dogs to stay with their owners in our log cabins. Owners are expected to ensure that their pet dogs do not inconvenience other residents.
For Clients with more than two dogs, or those of you that simply to be near and able to visit, but also wish to be able to travel freely, we have arrangements to accommodate your pets at a quite suberb local kennels. These kennels are about
5 Kilometres from our retreat. You can view the Barking Barxeta website, by clicking here, where you will be able to book online and or contact the owner whose name is Margaret.
